RETURNS

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your House of Prints online purchase. However, should you wish to initiate a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Kindly return all items within 14 days of receiving your online order
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@houseofprints.com.au
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please be aware that we retain the right to decline refunds if returns are damaged, marked, or altered in any way and do not meet our return requirements.
  • Following the inspection of the item, your refund will be processed to the same payment card used for the original purchase within seven days of receiving the returned item.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the postage and insurance costs for the returned item, and House of Prints cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
  • For international returns, please contact us at hello@houseofprints.com.au We will provide you with a returns label for sending your order back. Please note that the cost of this label will be covered by the customer.
  • Keep in mind that we are unable to refund any duties or tax payments for international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@houseofprints.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange your dress for an alternative size, please follow the below instructions:

  • Please initiate the exchange of the original item within 14 days from the date of receiving your online order.
  • To start a exchange process, please contact us at hello@houseofprints.com.au
  • Ensure that the items being returned are in their original, pristine condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still in their original packaging with the tags intact.
  • Please be aware that we retain the right to decline exchanges if returned items show signs of damage, markings, or alterations that do not meet our return requirements.
  • Once we have inspected the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement to the original delivery address.
  • The responsibility for covering the postage and insurance costs for the returned item lies with the customer. House of Prints cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
  • For international exchange, kindly contact us at hello@houseofprints.com.au Please note that the cost of this shipping must be covered by the customer. 
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
